Terms of Service
Effective date: September 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CLAUSUMHUB, including customer accounts, creator pages, digital packs, private libraries, authentication, checkout-related access and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and at least the legal age required to access adult-oriented digital content in your location. By creating an account, using a social login, purchasing access, or opening restricted content, you represent that you meet these requirements. We may refuse, suspend or terminate access where age eligibility cannot reasonably be established.
2. AI-generated virtual creators
CLAUSUMHUB features virtual creators and digital content that may be generated, edited or enhanced using artificial intelligence. Creator pages are designed as fictional or virtual digital experiences. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, a virtual creator should not be understood as representing a real human performer or a real-world personal relationship.
3. Customer accounts and sign-in
You may access CLAUSUMHUB through email/password and, when enabled, connected providers such as Google or Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, email, devices and connected-provider credentials. Do not share private access links, credentials or authenticated sessions with another person.
CLAUSUMHUB may link multiple authentication methods to a single customer account so that purchases and entitlements remain in one library. You must not intentionally create or use accounts to evade restrictions, duplicate entitlements, abuse promotions, impersonate another person or interfere with account ownership.
4. Purchases and digital access
Products may consist of digital photos, videos, collections, bundles or other private digital content. Prices, currency, included content and any material purchase conditions are shown at checkout or on the applicable product page. A successful payment does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
After an approved purchase, CLAUSUMHUB grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to view the purchased content through the authorized CLAUSUMHUB experience for your own private use, subject to these Terms.
5. Prohibited use
You may not, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise:
- redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, leak or publicly display private content;
- share account credentials, session cookies, private access tokens or purchased library access;
- circumvent authentication, entitlement checks, signed access controls, media protections, rate limits or other security measures;
- use automated scraping, harvesting, bulk downloading or extraction tools against the Service;
- misrepresent AI-generated virtual creator content as depicting a real person where it does not;
- use the Service for unlawful harassment, exploitation, fraud, extortion, impersonation, non-consensual sexual content, or any activity prohibited by applicable law;
- interfere with the availability, security, infrastructure or operation of CLAUSUMHUB or the KAIZEN-BOX backoffice.
6. Intellectual property
The CLAUSUMHUB name, interface, software, branding, creator presentation, product design and content made available through the Service are protected by intellectual-property and other applicable laws. Rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by CLAUSUMHUB, the applicable creator/content owner, or the relevant licensor.
7. Refunds, cancellations and mandatory consumer rights
Digital-content refund eligibility can depend on the product, whether access has already been delivered or used, the payment provider, and mandatory law in your jurisdiction. Any refund or cancellation terms displayed at checkout form part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Where local law provides a cooling-off, withdrawal, cancellation or refund right for digital content, that right applies according to the conditions required by that law.
8. Third-party services
The Service may rely on third parties for authentication, payments, hosting, email delivery, storage or security. Google, Telegram, payment processors and other third parties may have separate terms and privacy policies that govern your direct relationship with them. CLAUSUMHUB is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, outage, suspension, policy decision or account action.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, restrict, replace or discontinue features of the Service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, legal requirements, payment-provider decisions or infrastructure limitations can temporarily affect access.
We will use reasonable efforts to preserve legitimate customer entitlements when changing infrastructure or authentication methods, but some changes may require you to sign in again, verify an account, or use a supported browser/device.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts, sessions or access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, credential sharing, unauthorized redistribution, abuse, security circumvention, chargeback abuse, legal risk, violation of these Terms, or a threat to users, creators, providers or the Service. Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
11. Disclaimers
The Service and digital content are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Virtual creator descriptions, simulated personalities, messages, stories or presentation elements may be fictional and are provided for entertainment and digital-content purposes. CLAUSUMHUB does not promise a real-world relationship, personal meeting, or human identity behind a virtual creator unless expressly disclosed otherwise.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CLAUSUMHUB and its operators, licensors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the Service, loss of access caused by your compromised credentials, or failures of independent third-party services. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
13. Applicable law and local rights
These Terms do not waive mandatory protections that apply to you under the law of your country, state or region. The legal entity responsible for a specific paid transaction, and any jurisdiction-specific terms that apply to that transaction, may be identified at checkout, on the purchase confirmation, or in another applicable legal notice.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service, business model, providers, legal requirements or product features change. The effective date will be updated when revisions are published. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent allowed by law; where additional consent is legally required, we will request it.
15. Contact
